User's post on May 19, The thing is that i cant log in to my account, from my notebook i can log in, but from my desktop i cant, all the other users in that desktop have no problems, but mine is like blocked, and when i try to change the password from another account it wont let me. I cant log in, that is te main problem, it tells me that the password is incorrect, even after changing it.

Are you using a PIN to sign in prior to this problem? If so, then you might have added a Microsoft account email address to the computer. PIN can only be setup if you have a Microsoft account linked to the computer.

You need to use the password used for that account when you first set the computer up. First, try using the on-screen keyboard to type in your password. You can access it by clicking the Ease of Access icon at the lower right corner of the screen. I see. I'd recommend a PC reset but let's see if my fellow experts have better ideas.
